Internship | Partnership Specialist (start August/September)

Your job

You work together with 12 ambitious and eager colleagues; you are the first point of contact for our suppliers. You use your excellent communication and analytical skills to assess the needs of the suppliers and build on a long-term business relation. You ask questions, communicate clearly, show empathy but as well have great negotiation skills to get the job done. You have a proactive entrepreneurial mindset to increase our services and revenue. Because we are a young and ambitious company you show ownership and bring in ideas to improve our business.

Your profile

Your main responsibilities are:

You will be scaling up the business from partnerships such as Booking.com, Expedia and Visa.
You will be responsible for launching new markets in your designated regions.
You will proactively manage the acquisition, selection, and training of potential partners in existing and new markets.
You will build a strong cooperation with the partners to increase supplier performance.
You will analyse revenue, profit, performance and capacity in assigned regions.

You are fluent in English and other languages is a big plus.
You need to start your internship in August/September
Great communicator, that doesn't let himself be easily brushed off and desire to win every deal.
You are a hero in negotiation, convincing people and time management.
Ability to develop and take ownership of own processes in order to achieve the goal.
Strong eye for detail and good with numbers.
